Shipping and Return
Delivery and Shipping:
If shipping or delivery services are made available by us, we will endeavour to ship or deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, you acknowledge and agree that Green Casket will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. We, also rely on freight carriers to deliver the orders in a timely manner. Customers are responsible for ensuring a casket purchased is the proper size and style.
Report any shipping damage at the time of delivery. If you do not write damage on the freight company's bill of lading, the carrier may not take responsibility for it. That is why it is very important to carefully inspect your product before signing the bill of lading. If the damage does not look like it is repairable, just refuse delivery and call us immediately. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the exact item.
We strive to ship our caskets next business day. In most cases, Greencasket.ca will provide the tracking number which can trace the products location and expected time of arrival.
Return claims are accepted within the 3 days of delivery, less the shipping costs. All items must be in original packaging and unassembled. Items not in original packaging or assembled are not accepted as returns.
All returns must be accompanied by a RAN (return authorization number). Please contact us to receive RAN.
A restocking fee of 30% will be applied for all returns. Customer is responsible for arranging shipping, and all subsequent costs. Custom upholstery, floor models, special orders, clearance, “As Is” and final sales cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
All items come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
All caskets are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects upon delivery. Greencasket.ca will not be held responsible for any and costs arising from the delay of shipment due to replacement request.
We ill do our out most best to accommodate any warranty claim on rush basis
Limitations and Qualifications of Sale:
The buyer understands that the seller will give the best estimate of delivery time, but is not responsible for factory delays, shipping delays, out of stocks, back orders, or other factors beyond the seller’s control. The seller makes no delivery guarantees. No compensation is available for back orders and/or delayed orders.
All claims of damage or defects must be received by seller in writing within a day after the buyer received the merchandise.
Measurements, dimensions, size, shapes, finishes, colors, and styles are approximate. All are subject to change by manufacturer; seller will not be liable.
Orders placed on our online store are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately prepare your order for shipping the next business day.
Orders may be cancelled by customer only before the next business day without incurring a processing fee. All customer-requested cancellations received after the 24 hour window will be charged a 15% fee, to cover Green Casket's processing costs. There will be no exceptions. Items that have shipped to the customer cannot be cancelled.
Payment must be made immediately upon purchase, or the order will be automatically cancelled.
All online prices and promotions are for online store (www.greencasket.ca) purchases only. These prices and promotions are not applicable to in store purchases. Many of our items are only available online. Please call 416 - 650 - 9330 if you would like to check in store availability.

Pick Up Requirements:
• Purchaser must be present at pickup
• Must present Photo ID of purchaser
• Must present Credit Card used during purchase
